Product Care

Mountain Mitts:

The shell of these mittens should be hand washed using soap and water as needed.  You can machine wash the shell and hang dry, but it is not the preferred method.  The liners of these mitts can be machine washed on cold gentle cycle and machine dried on a low temp setting.  Waterproofing on your mittens will wear out after using them for a winter season.  To restore your waterproofing, we recommend using Nikwax Glove Proof which can be purchased from us here.

Woolies:

These mittens should not go in the washer or dryer.  To clean the shell, hand wash using soap and water and hang dry.  The liners can be pulled inside out from the cuff and hand washed using soap and water and hung to dry.

Spruce Gloves:

Do not wash the exterior of these gloves.  If needed, you can wash the fleece liner by pulling it out of the gloves though it will require work to get them back into the gloves.  Liner should be hand washed and air dried.  To restore waterproofing on Spruce Gloves, use the Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for Leather.

Explorer Beanies:

These beanies can be machine washed on cold and machine dried on a low setting.

Frost Beanies:

These beanies can be machine washed on cold and machine dried on a low setting.

Forest Beanies:

These beanies should be hand washed and laid flat to air dry.
